Season Update:

We will be open Saturday, August 22, from 9 AM–1 PM with Gala and Ginger Gold apples available.

We will be closed August 23–September 6 while we prepare for the fall season and will reopen September 7.

Ginger Gold Apples

Ginger Gold is one of the first apple varieties we pick each summer and a customer favorite for fresh eating. This Virginia apple was discovered nearby in Nelson County and has since become a popular early-season variety.

The apples are crisp and juicy with a sweet, refreshing flavor and just a little tartness. The flesh also resists browning after slicing, making Ginger Gold a great choice for salads, lunchboxes, and fruit trays.

Morris Orchard is a family owned and operated farm. We are located at the base of High Peak Mountain in Monroe Virginia.
